Don't Miss a Call

Questions, answered.

Everything business owners ask before they get started. If yours isn't here, we're happy to answer it on a demo.

How does Don't Miss a Call work?

Your calls are answered by Riley, our AI receptionist, in your business's name. Riley asks why the caller is calling, spells back their name, repeats their callback number and marks urgent requests. When the call ends, you get a clear summary by email and the full record in your dashboard.

How do I get started?

Request a demo. We'll walk through a sample call, then set up your business profile with you: your name, hours, service area, approved FAQs and your safety instruction. Before anything goes live, we review the setup together and you approve a test call. Then calls are forwarded to Riley.

What happens after I request a demo?

We reply by email to arrange a time. The demo covers a sample call, the summary you'd receive and what setup looks like for your business. Requesting a demo doesn't start a subscription or collect payment details.

Can it answer calls outside business hours?

Yes. Riley can answer when you're closed, on a job or already on another call, depending on how you set up call forwarding. After-hours calls are waiting for you, summarized, when you're back.

Can it collect caller information?

Yes. Riley captures the caller's name, a confirmed callback number, the reason for the call, whether they're a new or existing customer (as the caller says) and a preferred time if they have one. Anything it couldn't confirm is marked for review instead of shown as verified.

What happens when a caller has an urgent request?

Riley listens for situations like no heat, no cooling, active leaks and gas smells. It gives your safety instruction first, keeps the call short, and marks the call urgent so it's the first thing you see. Riley doesn't diagnose problems.

Can I review what happened during a call?

Yes. Every call has a summary, the details Riley captured, a full transcript and a timeline showing when your summary email and any caller receipt were sent. Callers hear a recording notice at the start of every call.

Can callers receive an email confirmation?

Yes, when they ask for one. Riley reads the email address back to confirm it, and only then is a short receipt sent. Callers who don't ask don't get an email, and the receipt never promises an arrival time.

Can I keep my existing business phone number?

Yes. Your customers keep calling the number they already know. We set up call forwarding with you so calls reach Riley, and the exact steps depend on your phone provider.

Can Riley schedule appointments?

No. Riley doesn't book visits. It takes a clear message, records the caller's preferred day or time as a note, and you confirm the appointment with them yourself. It never promises an arrival time or quotes a price it wasn't given, and it doesn't take payments.

How do I follow up with callers?

Every call arrives as a summary email and appears in your dashboard with the caller's confirmed number. Call back from there, mark the call followed up, assign it to a teammate and add notes. Urgent calls are always first.

How is pricing determined?

We tailor pricing to your business after a short conversation about your calls and how you'd like them handled. Request a demo and we'll walk you through your options.

Do you work with medical offices?

No. Don't Miss a Call is built for home-service and local trade businesses, starting with HVAC and plumbing, and doesn't handle health information.

Still have questions?

Request a demo and we'll answer them on the call and show you how Riley would handle your calls.
