Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Don't Miss a Call ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website, dontmissanycall.com, and the emails you send us. It does not cover the receptionist service we provide to business customers; that service is governed by a separate written agreement with each business.
2. Information we receive
Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose errors.
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and anything you choose to include, such as your name, business name and phone number. Please do not send us personal information about your own customers or callers.
We do not ask for payment information on this website, and the website has no public sign-up, account or contact form.
3. How we use information
We use technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. We use the information in your email to reply to you, arrange and follow up on a demo, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this website do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect and deliver the website. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.
5. Demonstrations on this website
The interactive demo, example dashboard and setup preview use made-up example data. Nothing you type or click in them is saved or sent to us.
6. Service providers
We use service providers to run the website and handle email: Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare provides our domain name services and forwards email sent to our address, and Google provides the mailbox where we read and answer email. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.
7. How long we keep information
Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention settings. We keep emails for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our business correspondence, and we delete them on request where we are able to do so.
8. Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your emails, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@dontmissanycall.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will respond to requests as that law requires.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
12. Contact
