These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Don't Miss a Call website at dontmissanycall.com (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What this website is
The website provides information about Don't Miss a Call, an AI receptionist for HVAC, plumbing and home-service businesses. It is informational. It does not create an account, a subscription or any service relationship with you.
The receptionist service is provided only to businesses under a separate written agreement that sets out the service, its pricing and its terms. Nothing on the website is an offer to provide the service, a price quote, or a commitment about availability, features or results.
3. Demonstrations and examples
The interactive demo, example dashboard, setup preview and example calls are illustrations using made-up data. They do not represent real customers, real calls or real results, and they do not book appointments, contact anyone or save what you enter.
4. Not for emergencies
The website is not an emergency service and must not be used to request emergency help. In an emergency, call 911.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, collecting content by automated means in a way that burdens the website, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, design and the Don't Miss a Call name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our permission.
